In 2012 2013 2014 with the U3O8 spot hovering down in the $30- $40 range I can't imagine ever seeing it back to the $60-$70 or higher range. With the number of reactor shutdowns in Japan and Germany I can't ever imagine seeing those plants back in operation.
It can work both ways. When things are going great you can't imagine seeing the worst as a possibility. Same when things are at their worst.
