    Ok, definite answer now.

    Magellan sold Palm Valley and Dingo fields for AUD $35 mil to Central. $20mil in cash and $15mil in shares. 39.5 mil shares equates to 38c a share, dilution factor 11%.

    Don't know what to make of it. Hope for a 20 page presentation tomorrow instead of the usual 1 page release.
