SUMMERSET WELCOMES ANNE URLWIN TO THE BOARD
Summerset Group Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of
Anne Urlwin to the Board of Directors, effective 1 March 2014.
Anne is a professional Director, Chartered Accountant and Business Consultant
with more than 20 years of Directorship experience in sectors ranging from
infrastructure and telecommunications, to information technology and banking.
Anne is currently the Chair of Naylor Love, a privately owned commercial
construction company and has a strong knowledge of the industry across New
Zealand.
Other current Directorships include Steel & Tube NZ Limited, Chorus Limited
and Onepath Life (NZ) Limited.
Chairman, Rob Campbell said Ms Urlwin brings to the Board strong commercial
and governance skills as well as construction experience and welcomes her to
Summerset.
"This appointment reflects our focus on building a quality board of
directors. Anne's background and experience will be a strong asset to the
organisation."
Anne Urlwin said "I'm very much looking forward to joining the Summerset
Board and working with the team."
This appointment brings the Board of Directors to five members, chaired by Mr
Campbell.
Ms Urlwin joins the Board as a non-executive independent director.
