The other thing I forgot to mention is that the weekly macd is about to cross for ICQ, last time it crossed was in August last year, the SP ran hard for 2 months after that.
The weekly bollinger bands have been fairly tight for a few weeks and are just starting to open up gradually. Just like in August as well.
