There have been 32 headlines on the FMG news site so far. Only one was negative. And was pretty pathetic I think.
Maccas, who were extremely negative on FMG for years, note that "they are struggling to find much direction in terms of longer-run growth plans", - whatever that means I have no idea. FMG's strategy is crystal clear in my mind. They have had the same mantra and strategy for years, and today they delivered.
Further reading of Maccas' comments appear to suggest that they want further expansion. If FMG had announced some sort of expansion today beyond what they have already outlined, you can bet that they would have been criticised for debt expansion.
But who cares, I'm happy.
No dilution maximum prudent dividend if it ain't broke, don't f...ix it.
