I received an email from James Stafford from Oil & Gas Insider aka Oilprice.com yesterday stating they recently started a new service where they offer introductions to investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms for qualified companies seeking to raise funds.
The email goes on to say:

"Through our vast, global network, we are able to get immediate access to investors looking for opportunities in the oil, gas, mining, resources, and oil services companies.

Our investors are seeking opportunities for private and public companies, upstream, midstream and downstream from $20M-$200M."

I thought of AWD and emailed WM with this information.
