Exactly Malmanu - they didn't time the RI right in as much as the stock was hot off the news & heavily overweight in traders only looking very short term. Pro-rata is always the best way to raise capital keeping an even bar the problem is it doesn't work well when the registry is loose with a lot of hot money floating around - it needs a strong & stable registry to work as intended - the whole attractiveness & benefit of pro-rata doesn't work as intended otherwise.
