Skins, if they raised additional funds last year the overall dilution would have been close to double than what it will be now.Last years raising was 4.8 cents and 3.8 cents.. I should imagine this raising will be between 9-9.4 cents.
Personally,I feel comfortable with this,and is part of the overall masterplan,we have to satisfy the asx by end of March as to a going concern.
