Since yesterday I hold a small amount of Prana shares on the NASDAQ. Couldn't believe my luck to get some at around 8$. And can't believe the drop today neither. But I am in for the AD results, so short term price movement is of no major concern.
The only thing that is not clear to me is the lack of institutions and directors on the share register. The only information I found was on yahoo, where no directors were listed and only a neglectible amount of institutionally held shares.
Is that really a fact or do I have to look elsewhere? Where could I find these informations?
