DV stepped down because 7 group intend leading the recapitalisation of NXS, they will be the cornerstone investor / recipient of placement and underwrite the shortfall on any shareholder rights issue
They need $120m IMHO so will be very dilutive, pay out bank debt, 1 well + work over at LT as a minimum.
