Your not full up crap PhillW, but I still say again that we are all saying the same thing. It's a great punt for those Who don't mind the risk, thats all.
Also PENs initial project is far less complicated then the goings on with some of the examples u gave like Lyc. The simplicity and cost effectiveness of the project is why I have taken that well thought out and considered punt with a small section of my overall portfolio that I'm prepared to wave bye bye if it all goes belly up.
