I was new to the register as well,i know that from past experience we wont have a hope in hell as we bought well after the first bad news of the trading halt.

The class action will be about cmpany reporting and if they can find anything untoward.

Sice newcomes like myself knew of the bad news already and bought(hoping to make a quick buck) we have no hope of a getting in this class action.
That is like losing 10K on blackjack and then asking for ones money back stating you were not aware of the risk.

That is why the "THOSE SECURITIES" is written in that clause.
