    Hi Guys,

    Now sdl management decided to let us know :

    Tenders for rail and port received in December 2013; now engaged with 2 preferred parties; one being a State Owned Enterprise (SOE) from China, and the other an 
    international construction company from Europe.

    Anyone have any idea about this European construction company?, still sounds like Bollore?
