As you stated
pe of about 10 times would be much more appropriate IMHO.
Usually when companies have strong institutional support they maintain a higher price earnings ratio as they provide support.
MBE has not issued any substantial shareholder notices changes over the past few months even with hundreds of millions of shares being traded since October 2013
