Peter Andrews. Was the Chairman on Echo in 2011. He did not seek re-election in 2011 due to other business interests... He was a buyer increasing his holdings up he stopped being Chairman.
In Sep 2012 he had 12.7M. In Sep 2013 he was down to 5M. So he is selling into any rally. Hopefully this time he is cleared out.. There was a big crossing a few days ago of 1M so at best he had 3-4M left.
If I look at the trading it has all been around 14-15.5c range so I guess that is where he is also trading out..
