Simon - MF thinks all property is a bad investment purely on the basis of his dog investment. He only recently stated that he is losing $2k per week on a property he said was under $400k (if I remember correctly).
If the alleged falls (and I see no major evidence of it in my areas) are constantly accelerating as he states they would be travelling at the speed of light by now!
