My question to you was this stated by CDU or AUM"
Dear oh me...What next.
A. Come on Buddy these are your words, a cheap throw away line to stir the pot, no one else wrote this post it's all yours. Baseless claims!!!
Buddy..
Go figure. There definitely are times that one has to wonder why he/she has to bother.
A. Works both ways mate
Buddy...
And then you finish off with:
"A. It is naive to think Lawyers would except this case under no win no pay scenario IMO. Tax payer already foot the bill for government agencies to deal with these situations."
With due respect Ironpony, what makes you say that, and what makes you so sure that it is impossible. Have you asked any Lawyers around.??
Why do you think that Taxpayers would have to foot the bill if an Independent Legal Firm which specialise in these sort of things and litigations was to take on the case.?
A. It is my opinion Buddy that what I have gained through experience in the hiring of solicitors and Barristers, it is only a very low percentage of cases that you will be offered no win no charge, they maybe willing to speak to you about a case but that does not mean they will except it. All my opinion mate.
Buddy.
After all, if you win, I will win too.
I have no doubts you are a winner Buddy
