off course it is tragic that someone has died - but it seems that tensions had been simmering for sometime - and boaties were not happy, that the door had been shut to australia - and as is typical in australian detention centres, they chose to cause a disturbance.
personally, watso believes that those who are on manus, will eventually get to australia. stopping the boats is the only solution.
one thing for sure, is that for the time being, people will not really want to take a chance at being returned to indonesia - and on top of that, the thought of being sent to manus is now a real deterrent
