Freightways Limited has provided a replacement NZX Preliminary Announcement.

Further to Freightways results announcement this morning, the business
combinations note in relation to recent acquisitions discloses the estimated
contribution to revenue and operating profit before interest, income tax and
amortisation of intangibles if these acquisitions had occurred at the
beginning of the period as $7.6 million and $2.2 million, respectively for
the period.  These amounts are the estimated contribution for a full year,
not the half year.  The estimated contribution to revenue and operating
profit before interest, income tax and amortisation of intangibles for the 6
months period is $3.8 million and $1.1 million, respectively.
