Kalgoorlie Mine Management and the board deserve to be replaced if they don't find something soon. Into their 5th year with only a cap raising to show for it late in 2011.

I don't think the renewal of company management agreement should be at the director's discretion when it expires later this year.

Mr del Piano injected a fair sum of cash in the cap raise along with some brokers and clients on the register at 1.25c. I guess a portion has been recovered in management fees but a bigger payday is possible if working together with brokers to source a good project. Maybe non resource.
