why doesn't kain just come out and say

we want the options to expire worthless...

imo this would be better than letting them die a slow death.

if the above is a plan by the company, then Kain should be drawn and quartered. and have his nuts as earrings.

come on kain at least put the cards on the table so it's a level palying field.

imo any shareholder is as important as any multi national fund.
