    As Always, when I get any fresh news I like to inform you guys and gals..tho as yet, I do not hold!

    Citigroup labels Allco's (AEQCA.AU) A$3.25 a share
    bid for Wattyl (WYL.AU) "cheeky" and "well short of the mark." Says
    value being unlocked by current restructuring program capable of lifting share price to
    A$5.00 within 18 months. Keeps stock at Buy, raises target price to A$4.09 from A$3.32
    after upping forward earnings estimates on restructure program.

    WYL last at A$3.34.
