Nice observation tmenadue. It would be interesting to see what pans out on this front. I just wonder though how relevant this transaction is in the whole scheme of things given that the proposed TFS acquisition is on the table.
Either way, I trust the company will inform shareholders after the 120 days is up on the status of this deal.
