Dnatron, this acquisition repositions TZ through the increased ability to vertically integrate and appears essential in order to value add to the TZ component of a putative merger/float between TZ/TFS towards the end of the year. It will be essential to increase TZ market cap to roughly 20% of the value of the combined float price for all sorts of reasons. This and a couple of other M&A deals will do it as it should be dilution free. We will soon see a reaction when the deals appear on the radar screens of the analysts (or more likely through increased demand from OS).
