Totally agree with you Nickoo, very hard for figures to lie.
Most property booms tend to happen in a higher inflation environment. This boom happened in a low inflation environment which tells me that when inflation does hit it will be curtains for many.
Someone on this board said that the market moves according to when it can make the most damage to the most people.
