re: mining act - hey spov! Known as pride and not wanting to be seen as being "dudded" by someone better organised than themselves.
They will beat their chest and make all manner of noises but at the end of the day they were to smart for their own good.
They didn't work the ground but when someone wants to do something on it they become all cranky.
Maybe sonn sanity will prevail and they they will accept their mistake and move on.
