I have tried to post a detailed demographic response to your argument which has been rejected several times by Hot Copper's profanity filter (can't see where, can't see how).
Frankly, however, I do not have the time to keep amending the post to bring it around to being HC conformed.
To say the least, though, I disagree with your outlook, for reasons of natural history, and future demography, and future wealth transition, as opposed to past economic history.
