Check the sweetner, If it's still aspartane it's just diet coke.
Pepsi Max has a different sweetner and is so popular it out sells Pepsi. Have you noticed the swing away from the "diet" label? Schweppes have gone to Solo Sub, not diet.
If I were a CCL holder I'd be more interested in the supermarket pricing. I've been operating "Coke" machines for over ten years and I have never put up my prices in all that time. In fact I am buying cheaper than ever before. What industry do you know selling 10% cheaper than they were a decade ago?
