I couldn't agree more with your post Imsupertrader.

Hoodwinked is the term. Drake have sat here the last couple of years to wait with their 10% for a seat at the table and a voting right to close the door on potential JV's or other funds for what.

For them to drop the seat to buy up the co when the case has reached a point of certainty.

For all the penny pincher this is good, but for the long termers this will be a slap in the face.

Rapglen why wouldn't Drake want to take control of an asset potentially worth $60 Billion?

What about this one, what if RM splits the co into two separate entities? Drake takes AxiomKB with RM and we get left with the dregs just plain old little Axiom, now that shouldn't sit well with the SH's after tipping the hat for the CR's.

All just my opinion.
