Some of the anti parkinson's drugs cover a 10 fold dose range and obviously the higher doses are used in more refractory pts
I think the AD results will be better, the extension trial implies this, but HD is a bit more complicated and may benefit from the higher dose particularly as the main response they observed was dose dependent .
350mg would be a good place to start
