I get your concerns, but the reality is that the LH mine transaction was agreed at a price that is greater than the current share price / market capital of PDN implies that its assets are worth.
So the bigger travesty is the current share price.
Don't forget that the deal with CNNC brings with it a strong strategic alliance.
