    It would only be close to risk free if they intended to offload the shares straight away.

    I'm in the money significantly, as is almost everyone else here. So to you does that mean I'm holding those shares without risk?

    I agree the price is lower than could and maybe should have been set, but to say there is no risk involved for them is just bizarre to me.
