Yeah, I don't know. BLT's announcement have been appearing on this website for a while now. I suspect BLT may pay for this service. I think it's just another Proactive Investors but looks better because its in the Wall Street Journal.
You'll see in the small print at the top of the page:
"The Wall Street Journal news department was not involved in the creation of this content."
