Fundamentals in this company would suggest something that is worth multiple times what is on the market however only problem is market sentiment isn't with fundamentals and management needs to market it more often (ie speak to more analysts about coverage and make more positive announcements).
At the end of the day company is reasonable, executives are very experienced and backed by a very large parent so they should really be going for gold.
