I don't have any problem with expecting the SC55 announcement very soon.
The last Otto announcement on 21 January said,"Otto has submitted a request to the Philippines Department of
Energy (DOE) for re-assignment of BHPB's 60% working interest to Otto, taking Otto’s working interest in SC55 to 93.18%."
Since that there have been no more official announcements.
So Otto have submitted the paperwork some 5 weeks ago. That would be a reasonable time to reassign the lease so we can expect news soon.
There is only unfounded negative speculation and rumour.
On the positive side, the paperwork is in and we expect it to be done. Maybe Gregor departed to take the heat for the BHPP pullout and help Otto get the lease again.
We will know soon enough.
