I like Oz's scenario, but I will also be prepared to chip in a few thousand if required. I believe this is a scam. There's too much hidden.

At what point did they realise they wanted 99.9 percent of the company? I reckon it was when the three board members walked.

When a company is not transparent , you can bet your life there will be holes in their case.

I've had a quick look and there may be a case, but without subpoenas it will be hard to say.

Need to hear the story from one of the three directors
