RCF are too big for Mirabela to mess with, they would have too much power to tackle.
They are on board.
Simple way to find out is to contact them, if it's a no comment then we know.
If there a new shareholder then the company has selectively disadvantaged some shareholders while giving others preferential treatment.
Sounds like a good start to mount an illegal challenge.
It is supported by evidence of blacking out their names.
I will write to ASIC as they will have the unblackened out version.
