Perhaps the Abbott government should identify the part of the electorate that supports labor and allow them to shoulder the financial burden of Gillards promises. How about we target the sectors that pay no tax but expect succor at the public teat. The arts? Welfare? Anyone that takes but doesn't give should be fair game!
