    I agree with ironjack.

    Can I ask what Dubious and friends expected out of this process?

    Mirabela had no bargaining power and basically required a white knight to save the company and its shareholders. Unfortunately and unsurprisingly that white knight did not turn up.

    Lets not blame management who have kept shareholders reasonably informed for our failure to heed the message and get out back in September.
