Fair enough I didn't include the roof. Doing calcs on the fly can do that.

Fortunately, my omission is in the right direction i.e. conservative. It should be lagged exactly the same as the walls, so the net heat retention improves by 25% - the ratio in my standard tank or base area to wall area.

The points being,
somewhere near a 10C benefit is not insubstantial, and I am surprised PGI don't trial something as soon as, rather than going ahead with a commitment to do all of them one after another when there is an opportunity to get early results rather than start changing all of them then find opps-s-daisy some down stream issue!

And its these constant interruptions that is killing the sp.
