The acquisition of Allied has been a tight noose around SBM's neck. The blame for this acquisition goes straight to SBM;s management.
It's a train wreck, but extent of damage still continues.
No one appears accountable for the disaster. Shareholders suffer and see a decrease in value of their stock.
Awaiting on the sidelines for any clear path back to profitability.
