While not liking conroy,on this issue I have some affinity with his thoughts. The reality is,the current government have put in place a cone of silence,we all know the cone of silence never worked.

Yes the Military are unbiased,they should not be in this situation however.
The nub of the issue is lack of information,if one is to be held to account,which is what the Westminster style is all about, one must be open to all questions.
He is the fall fall guy for an unconscionable government modus operandi.
