    Based on what? If it works for UT good luck for him, but personally those types of tenents would carry a high risk of default, property damage, reluctance to accept increases etc. Any positive cash flow could be eroded in the blink of an eye. But if UT has found it works for him great, but not for me. Doesn't mean I or anyone else doesn't know anything about the property market. Just another example of mindless and pointless bullish arrogance
