The point is you criticized UT's choice of investment without having any experience at all . I think that is extremely arrogant and adds nothing to this forum .

If you were an experienced landlord , you would also know that there are plenty of expensive property owners that have been burnt by bad tenants as well . We could start a whole thread about that .
