Your only Q was is it 2014? Now I would never have thought I would be in a position were I was able to answer a question put to Strat but I reckon I might ....... Yes it is 2014!
Can i respectfully suggest that before asking such questions you read what your asking and if then you still can't answer it google it as I would much rather see our resident experts time and effort put to more insightful requests
And finally in in the same of you repeating your "request" of Strat which I'm sure you will if you re read his response carefully he was simply referring to a fact on the said slide that talked to the difference in costs between the two regions which I'm assuming still exist ...... Can't see how on earth this data is misleading.....
I'll leave it at that.
On a. Serious note Strat , question for you :) what your best estimate of an announcement re: oil or no oil ?
