Wow thanks for the put down there Scotty - so basically anyone that rents out a cheap property in your view is a slumlord. Quite frankly I find that a pathetic view. Sure my properties are not the ritz but I do maintenance when required in a timely fashion. Everyone needs somewhere to live and just because it is cheap does not mean it is a slum.
