Interesting that the average price for recent M & A deals is USD4.8/lb (implied multiple).
If the U prices rises, that multiple will only grow.
PEN is priced at (0.02c) at an implied multiple of USD 0.7/lb.
That's a 7 fold difference..... do the maths.
Arguable PEN, given it's low opex (lowest quartile globally is expected) should even command a premium multiple not to mention a further premium for being able to readily supply the ever hungry US utilities domestically.
