(a) the trading halt is requested pending an announcement to the market regarding the
outcome of the strategic review of the Murchison Gold Operations;
(b) the Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the
release of the announcement regarding the outcome of the strategic review or prior to
commencement of trading on Monday 3 March 2014;
(c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and
(d) the Company is not aware of any other information required to be provided to the
market or ASX in relation to the trading halt.
