i am not surpirised that some surgeons are reluctant to try new techniques _ if you have been in the game for a while then what works best in your hands and gets results is what you tend to stick with.
However as ones peers embrace new techniques then you slowly start to convert.
Changing behaviour and techniques does not happen overnight but slowly and surely things change
i have no reason to doubt what tds07 has said.
