I still feel a little uneasy despite all the excitement. Can anyone shed any light on any of the below?

1) The numbers are still unaudited leaving doubt
2) The auditor was changed recently and Charles Chen was one of the instigators of this change. Does anyone know why?
3) What are Other Assets that have risen to $2.5m?
4) What do the outstanding options relate to which represent an increase of 15% in ordinary shares if exercised? In particular a parcel of 145m have a strike of 4c. Are these for management?
5) I'm unclear of the purpose of the JV announced on 2nd October with Chinese electric tech co.
6) I feel that a capital raising is just around the corner given the growth trajectory. Either this or an increase in debt.

I like the fact that a worldwide distribution network is being established even if there are few sales in most countries at the moment. If/when sales do take off, VMT will be well placed to benefit and be less reliant on income from China.
